Elena Tatarkova wins her 4th WTA doubles title in Helsinki
August, 11. Ukrainian Elena Tatarkova coached by Svetlana Medvedeva, won her 4th WTA Doubles career title at the WTA Nordea Nordic Light open in Helsinki. Second seeded Evgenia Koulikovskaya-Elena Tatarkova defeated Tatiana Perebiynis-Silvija Talaja 6-2, 6-4. The second seeded pair from Russia and Ukraine played an impressive match when defeating their opponent from Ukraine and Croatia and took the doubles title in Nordea Nordic Light Open. The winning team controlled the happenings on court from the first point until the end. Perebiynis-Talaja could not do the same as Pistolesi: win both in Sopot and Espoo.
